How To Reach Your Ideal Client (4 Weird Tricks)

I'm sharing my four little weird tricks that I do to reach my ideal client.

So today what we're talking about, is I'm gonna be sharing my four weird tricks to reaching my ideal client. We're just gonna go ahead and get started.

Step One: Speak your client’s language.

The first thing you need to do when you're trying to reach your ideal client, is you need to speak her language.

There's all kinds of things you can do to understand what she says, but the most important thing is to get on the phone with her and ask her what her biggest struggle is.

So, just say, "Hello, Sarah, what's your biggest struggle in business?" Or, "What's your biggest struggle when it comes to weight loss?" And then write down what she says word for word.

You may think she says oh, I never have any energy. But what she might actually say is, "I don't feel sexy for my husband, and our sex life is just the worst." Write that down because that's really speaking her language.

And then when you go to make a sales pitch, you can say, "tired of not feeling sexy for your husband." That's gonna speak her language, and that's gonna get her attention.

Step Two: Attract clients with similar branding.

The second weird thing I do is I attract clients with my brand. I put a lot of intention into my brand, and I do the same thing for my clients.

So, you're doing all this work to promote yourself on Instagram, to promote yourself on Facebook, but where you really should be investing your time and money is building your brand, so that you're not putting the cart before the horse.

Everything that you're doing is efficient, streamlined, and aligned, so that your ideal clients are actually coming to you, rather than you chasing them down with a million Instagram posts.

Step Three: Go where your ideal clients are.

The third thing that you need to do if you want to attract your ideal client, is be where she is.

So, again, when you're on the phone, you're talking to that client, where do you spend your time? On you on Instagram, are you on Facebook, or you in person at coffee shops? Where are you? And then be there.

I know exactly who my ideal clients are, and I'm there everyday just talking to them and helping them, and I stand out. That's how I get a lot of my clients. So, just be where your clients are.

Step Four: Share testimonials, case studies, etc.

Fourth thing that you need to do, this is my little secret, is share testimonials, case studies, before and after photos, share your results.

Prove to them that you're an expert and that you know what you're doing. They will flock to you because, at least the most industries, it's over saturated and they're having a really hard time figuring out who they should hire.

So, my one little trick is to make it really easy for them to pick you by sharing testimonials of clients that love me, talking about the results that I get for my clients, just showing them how easy it is for them to get results from me. So, if you can do that, you will have more clients too.
