Terms and Conditions for Maria's Inner Circle Group Coaching Program

1. Program Overview By enrolling in Maria's Inner Circle Group Coaching Program ("Maria's Inner Circle"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Maria's Inner Circle is designed for individuals seeking strategic business guidance from Maria Wendt & support coaches. Participants will meet via Zoom on the first - fourth Tuesday's of each month at 3:30 PM PST to receive business advice and insights. 

Participants will also have additional support inside the exclusive Inner Circle Facebook group on the 3x weekly Q&A threads.

2. Investment and Payment Terms

  • The investment for Maria's Inner Circle is a one-time payment of $6,000 for lifetime access.

  • Payment must be made in full upon enrollment; no payment plans are available.

  • "Lifetime access" refers to participation for the lifetime of the program, meaning as long as Maria's Inner Circle exists and remains active.

3. Program Format

  • Live coaching calls will be held via Zoom on the first - fourth Tuesday of every month at 3:30 PM PST.

  • Calls will be recorded and available inside your kajabi library.

  • Participants who are unable to attend live can leverage the 3x weekly Q&A posts inside the Inner Circle FB group.

4. Participant Responsibilities

  • Maria's Inner Circle is designed for independent action-takers; there is no hand-holding.

  • Participants must take personal responsibility for implementing the strategies discussed.

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, kindness, and integrity.

5. Refund Policy

  • If within the first 72 hours of joining, you determine Maria's Inner Circle is not a good fit, you may request a full refund. (This policy goes into effect for enrollments after March 26, 2026)

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

  • Maria's Inner Circle is intended to provide strategic business advice and does not guarantee specific results or financial outcomes.

  • Maria Wendt is not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions.

7. Program Modifications and Termination

  • Maria Wendt reserves the right to modify or discontinue Maria's Inner Circle at any time.

  • If Maria's Inner Circle is discontinued, no further payments will be required from participants.

8. Eligibility and Exclusions Maria's Inner Circle is NOT for you if:

  • You cannot financially afford it without significant hardship.

  • You have a pattern of blaming past coaches for your lack of progress.

  • You are not ready to take action and implement the strategies provided.

9. Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, and Marketing Usage

  • All Maria's Inner Circle materials, including call recordings, are confidential and for personal use only.

  • Participants may not distribute, share, or reproduce Maria's Inner Circle content without prior written consent.

  • If you share any wins, progress, or testimonials within Maria's Inner Circle, you grant permission for these successes to be used in our marketing materials. All identifying information will be redacted to maintain your privacy.

10. Contact and Support

  • The primary mode of communication is through the live calls. Maria Wendt does not provide ongoing support via direct messages or emails.
